Training Night is Thursday Night!
6PM to 7PM is Under 10s - this age group is currently run in tandem with Matlock Monkeys.
7PM to 8PM is for Under 12s and Under 14s.
7.30PM to 9PM is for senior training - so, school year 10 and above (through to age 64).
