Match Report | With Derwent suitably warmed up against West Bridgford and with the opposition suitably run in to the ground by Beeston, Derwent gained the advantage quickly and never went behind. 2 goals first half and 2 second rounded off a good match day for the OGs. P3, W1, D2, P5 Goal of the Game: any - they were all good flowing moves involving most of the team. Honours to David Grady as reward for a thoroughly impressive debut. Comedy Moment: was it a lone gunman on the roof of the University? Was it a shot from behind the grassy knoll? No, it was a shot into the car park by Steve Langrick together with cramp in the calf after a full....30 minutes of hockey. |
